Thanks to its special layout, the C800 is a space-saving temporary storage facility that takes up minimum ground clearance. An internal suction and ventilation system facilitates the natural drying process of shoe, allowing a payload up to 30 pairs of shoes at the same time. Each workstation has an access door and a human-machine and operator touch-screen interface.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
The progress logic of the drying process is settable and customisable. The system receives the shoes from the loading bay, and at the same time takes the ready material from the unloading bay advancing in position. The trays available are 15, with a sliding time of 6" for each: the total time of material permanence inside the machine is 90".
The C800modes of operation are three:
AUTOMATIC - The trays advance at a fixed rate.
PULL LOGIC – The trays advance to sequential occurrence of conditions: Fully clear unloading bay or fully engaged loading bay.
MANUAL - The belt with the trays advances under manual control.
